James Norton:And once you've sort of put the time in and been in that institution, you kind of come out the other side and you feel different. You feel like you're a professional actor.
Neil Hancock:Coronation Street’s Shona Platt, alias Julia Goulding.
Julia Goulding:I went in for a screen test. And then yeah, I got offered the got offered the part. It was just best day of my life.<laugh>
Neil Hancock:The Walking Dead and Prodigal Son actor, Tom Payne.
Tom Payne:But for me it was just, I kind of thought, well, that's, what's gonna happen. I'm gonna leave school. I'm gonna go to drama school and then I'm gonna start working. And, um, it, it, it worked out.
Neil Hancock:Two time Olivier award-winning actor, Trevor Eve.
Trevor Eve:I, I, I suddenly found, God, this is, this is who I am. This is what I want to be.

James Norton:My biggest challenge to date. Well, two, two spring to mind.
Julia Goulding:The greatest challenge is, has probably been,
Tom Payne:I think...the greatest challenge in my life, career or both.
